Refund and Return Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products made available through Accademia Donna Di Classe are final. Due to the nature of digital content, which is immediately accessible and irrevocable upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any digital products.

Non-Refundable Products Include:

• Digital guides, eBooks, or downloadable content.
  Online courses or consultations that are delivered instantly or scheduled for immediate use.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, exchange, or credit for any digital products purchased from our website.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the digital product was not delivered or accessible due to a technical error on our side.

• If the product you received is completely different from what was advertised at the time of purchase.

In such cases, you may contact us at donnadiclasse.scuola@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to assess any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
